Mudcat

One of Atlanta's finest blues artists, Danny "Mudcat" Dudeck's music reflects an old blues soul in a young man. With a strong tradition of Mississippi Delta blues, Danny blends traditional blues, ragtime, Chicago blues, gospel, and his own unique style.

 

Danny has played with them all young and old, and continues to innovate as well as support blues education and tradition. You will often see Danny offering his talent to benefit those in need (see the Music Maker Foundation). His performances engage the audience and are down right fun. Mudcat playing bottleneck with his trusty sideman Little Joe from Chicago (Joe Burton) is a must see on the Atlanta scene. Mudcat is a regular at the Northside Tavern, Darwin's, and Charlie Mopps in Atlanta.
