Heritage Blues Festival 2008

Nested in the scenic hills of Wheeling West Virginia, the Heritage Blues Festival was held at the Heritage Port Amphitheater on the banks of the Ohio River. For three days, some of the greatest blues artists exhibited their talent, friendship, and love of the blues.
